A Bit About Therapy

What is psychological/counseling therapy

Therapy is a compassionate process of discovery and learning about the self and the relationships we develop with self and others in the context of life experiences. This therapeutic process and the personal commitment to your wellbeing will help to change ineffective patterns and put the new learning into effective actions leading to healthier life.
Psychological therapy is a collaborative space to explore your difficulties in a safe and confidential setting. We aim to help you identify and understand the function of your feelings, thoughts and behavior patterns in the context of your life experiences and will support you in the changes you want to make.
